Description | The Pale - Rosé Wine
The Pale Rosé Wine, from Château d'Esclans, is a rosé from Provence that elegantly expresses the region's most emblematic style. Produced from Garnacha, Syrah, Cinsault, and Vermentino grapes, it presents the pale pink hue that inspires its name and reflects the delicate and sophisticated profile of this wine. Part of the protected geographical indication Var, it originates from a night harvest, designed to preserve the freshness of the grapes until they reach the winery.
In the winery, the grapes are selected manually and by optical sorting, followed by fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging on lees contributes to a more enveloping texture and greater complexity. On the nose, it reveals itself as very expressive, with great aromatic freshness and subtle fruity notes. On the palate, delicate hints of peach and pink grapefruit emerge, in a harmonious ensemble, with a smooth, creamy finish of remarkable elegance.
Served between 10 and 12 ºC, The Pale - Rosé Wine is a versatile choice to accompany canapés, cheeses, vegetables and summer salads. A premium rosé with an author's signature, seductive from the first glance and true to the luminous and refined character of Provence.
