– €14.50 for orders of up to 12 bottles (0.75 L)
– €29.00 for orders of 13 bottles or more
VelvetBull ES – Ships from Spain
– €15.00 for orders of up to 3 bottles (0.75 L)
– €12.00 for orders of 4 bottles or more
– Free shipping on orders over €200
– For orders containing products from multiple sellers, the shipping charges for each seller will be added together.
– Shipping to remote areas and islands is not available.
– Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your bottles. Each bottle (0.75 L) is considered to weigh between 1.5 kg and 2.0 kg for shipping purposes, depending on the bottle's shape.
– Processing time: 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
– Shipping charges include shipping boxes and protective bottle dividers.
– All prices include applicable VAT.
– An adult signature is required upon delivery. Do not place an order if you are under the legal drinking age.
– Depending on the number of bottles and the total value of your order, you may qualify for a shipping discount. Eligible discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Order 12 or more bottles to further reduce the shipping cost per bottle.
– If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order because no one is available at the delivery address, or because the order is not collected from the designated pickup location within the required time, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded the value of the wines, minus double the shipping charges to cover both the original shipment and the return shipment. Your refund will be processed once the bottles have been received at our warehouse. If you would still like to receive your wines, you will need to place a new order.

Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
1 - If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund. Simply send us an email requesting the cancellation.
2 - If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you have 30 days from the transaction date to request a return and refund. A full or partial refund, depending on the number of returned or damaged items, will be processed after we receive the returned products. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3 - If you request a return after the order has shipped without a valid reason, you have 30 days from the transaction date to return the products. Your refund will equal the value of the products minus double the shipping charges to cover both the original shipment and the return shipment. The refund will be issued after we receive the returned products. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4 - Customers may exercise their Right of Withdrawal in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14.
