Minuty Rose & Or - Rosé Wine

Minuty Rose & Or - Rosé Wine is a rosé from Provence, produced by Château Minuty to express with greater depth the pursuit of delicacy, elegance, and aromatic richness that defines the house. Launched in 2009 as an estate wine, it results from the combination of three great terroirs of the estate, bringing together in a single bottle the identity and style of Château Minuty.

Made from Garnacha, Cinsault, and Vermentino grapes, it has a pink color and a broad, seductive aromatic profile. On the nose, aromas of freshly picked ripe fruit stand out, with notes reminiscent of vine-grown peach and melon, accompanied by citrus hints and nuances of wild herbs. The whole reveals aromatic generosity without losing precision and freshness.

On the palate, it displays a full yet light character, combining elegance, texture, and a marked minerality that lends it a distinct freshness. The salinity characteristic of the Minuty terroir enhances the wine's vivacity and prolongs the crisp and balanced sensation on the palate. The result is an elegant rosé, full-bodied and energetic, designed for a refined and gastronomic experience.

It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10°C. Its versatility at the table allows for a wide variety of pairings, including seafood, exotic or Asian dishes, salads, fresh cheese and tropical fruits.
