Tanca 12 - White Wine

Tanca 12 - White Wine is a 100% Menorca Chardonnay, produced by Binifadet from plot number 12, part of the Tanca range, which brings together selections of grapes from their best tanks. The geographical uniqueness of these plots gives the wine its own profile, marked by character and expression.

It has a bright yellow color and an intense and elegant aroma, where notes of ripe stone fruit, sweet spices and toasted hints of wood stand out. On the palate it reveals itself as powerful, dense and flavorful, with a broad and complex taste, showing its nuances and potential better as it remains in the glass.

This wine ferments in French oak barrels, ages on its lees for 9 months in the same barrel, and then completes 9 months of aging in the bottle. The result is a complex and expressive white wine, capable of accompanying both light dishes and more elaborate proposals, being especially recommended for lobster stew.
