Description | Duorum - White Wine
Duorum - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, made from the Rabigato, Arinto and Gouveio grape varieties. Produced by Duorum, it reflects the distinct profile of this wine origin, renowned for the quality and character of its wines.
In the winery, the grapes are kept at a low temperature for 48 hours, a step designed to preserve freshness and aromatic expression. This is followed by destemming, gentle crushing, and pre-fermentation maceration. Approximately 30% of the batch ferments in French oak barrels, while the remainder ferments in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C, combining vivacity, volume, and complexity.
It presents a golden-yellow color and an intense aroma, marked by notes of exotic and white fruit, with hints of grapefruit and peach. On the palate, it reveals a clear acidity balanced by the body and volume, resulting in a harmonious whole, with personality and a persistent finish. A careful and elegant expression of Duorum - White Wine.
