Description | Ruinart Rosé - Sparkling Wine
Ruinart Rosé - Sparkling Wine is an emblematic rosé champagne from the Ruinart house, produced in the Champagne region from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Considered the first rosé champagne in history, created in the 18th century, it stands out for its balance between freshness, elegance and aromatic expression, revealing the maison's distinctive style.
In the glass, it presents a coral pink color with orange reflections. The aromatic profile combines exotic fruits, such as guava and lychee, with small red fruits, including raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it reveals a silky and fleshy texture, with intense and flavorful notes of red fruits and sweet spices, in a harmonious and captivating whole.
The combination of Chardonnay, the winery's emblematic grape variety, with Pinot Noir contributes to a balanced tasting experience between aromatic freshness and fruity depth. It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC. At the table, it pairs very well with Iberian ham, prosciutto, salmon tataki, and lamb cooked at low temperature.
