Description | Garrus - Rosé Wine
Garrus - Rosé Wine, from Château d'Esclans, is a benchmark rosé from Provence, made from a single vineyard of century-old Garnacha, Vermentino and Syrah vines. Fermented and aged for 11 months in new French oak barrels, it establishes itself as a luxurious wine, designed to elevate rosé to a level of great prestige.
It has a very light color with delicate salmon reflections. The aroma reveals a broad and expressive palette, highlighting dried fruit, citrus, and white flowers, enveloped by subtle toasted and spicy notes. On the palate, it is powerful yet subtle and elegant, with good structure, balanced acidity, great freshness, and extraordinary persistence.
The finish is creamy, rich and spicy, lending depth and sophistication to the whole. Considered the best wine of Château d'Esclans, Garrus is today an iconic luxury rosé, capable of rivaling in complexity and presence great white wines or prestigious champagnes.
It should be served between 8 and 10 ºC. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish, shellfish and oysters.
