Roger Goulart Semi Seco Millesime - Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine from the Penedès region, made from the Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo grape varieties. It has a pale yellow color and fine, persistent bubbles, revealing from the first moment a delicate and very appealing profile. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes and light hints of yeast, accompanied by a sweet and honeyed finish that reinforces its seductive character.

On the palate, it is naturally sweet, but balanced by a pleasant acidity that gives it freshness, intensity and persistence. Despite aging for 18 months, it maintains a youthful profile, seeking to preserve the freshness and youthfulness of the base wines, with a subtle note of evolution brought about by contact with the lees during its time in the cellar. The result is a fine, pleasant and harmonious sparkling wine, with an accessible and elegant style.
