Roger Goulart Brut Millesime - Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine from the Penedès region, made from the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grape varieties. It is a young cava that seeks to preserve the freshness and youth of the base wines, complemented by a slight aging note that the yeast imparts during its time in the cellar.
