Pazo de Pegullal 2 Años Sobre Lias - White Wine is a white wine from Pazo Pegullal, in the Rías Baixas region, made exclusively from the Albariño grape variety. The grapes are hand-selected from the best plots of the vineyard. After cold maceration, the musts ferment with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by 2 years of aging on fine lees, a process that contributes to its complexity, structure and ability to evolve in the bottle.

In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, a clean and bright appearance. The aromatic profile highlights citrus and floral notes, accompanied by hints of green apple, a delicate saline background, and nuances of lees. On the palate, it reveals great balance, good structure, and precise acidity, which gives it freshness and promises longevity. The finish leaves citrus and saline memories, very much in keeping with the Atlantic style of Rías Baixas.

It should be served very chilled. It is an excellent choice to accompany seafood, fish, rice dishes, and white meats, pairings that enhance its freshness, texture, and mineral character.
