Montenovo - White Wine

Montenovo - White Wine, from Valdesil, is an excellent example of the Godello grape variety in the Valdeorras region, in the highest mountains of Galicia. This wine clearly expresses the varietal purity of Godello and the strong minerality of the schist soils of the Sil river valley, resulting in a white wine full of freshness, youthfulness and character.

It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals a fresh and vibrant profile, with notes of white fruit, citrus hints, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and very expressive, standing out for its creamy texture, well-integrated acidity, and a persistent finish marked by elegant mineral notes.

Versatile at the table, Montenovo - White Wine pairs particularly well with salads, vegetables, shellfish and white fish. It is recommended to serve it between 7 and 10 ºC to fully appreciate its vivacity, aromatic precision and the balance between fruit and minerality that define this white wine from Valdesil.
