Mocén Rueda Verdejo Selección Especial - White Wine is a white wine from the Rueda region, made exclusively from the Verdejo grape variety. The Selección Especial designation reflects a rigorous selection process at three levels: selection in the vineyard, selection of the must, and final selection of the wine. For its production, the Mocén winery selects specific plots with the aim of obtaining the best Verdejo grapes, using only free-run juice and first-pressing must. Throughout fermentation and at its end, further tastings are carried out in tanks to determine the final selection.

In the glass, it presents a medium-intensity golden-yellow color with some greenish reflections. The aroma is very broad, with intense varietal aromas, notes of hay and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, it shows a fresh and fruity profile, with an unctuous texture and a broad, consistent, round and balanced taste, characteristics that reinforce the expression of Verdejo de Rueda.

It should be served chilled, between 7 and 9 ºC. It is an excellent choice for appetizers, fish and seafood, complementing these dishes with freshness and balance.
