Materia - White Wine

Materia - White Wine is a white wine from the Alentejo region, crafted by Luis Duarte, which blends the grape varieties Antão Vaz, Roupeiro, Arinto, and Verdelho. Produced in the Vidigueira area, it reveals a meticulous approach to winemaking, with destemming, crushing, cooling, and gentle pressing, followed by cold settling for 48 hours and fermentation at approximately 15°C. This process helps preserve the aromatic expression and natural freshness of the grapes.

In the glass, it is clear and crystalline, with a slightly golden citrine color. The aroma is distinguished by its rich aromatic component, marked by notes of fresh tropical fruit. On the palate, it shows balance, good acidity, and a pleasant sensation of freshness, combined with elegance and a persistent finish. It is a versatile choice at the table, ideal to accompany seafood, grilled fish, and white meats. It is recommended to serve it at around 10ºC to fully enjoy its vivacity and refreshing profile.
