Rubrica - White Wine

Rubrica - White Wine, by Luis Duarte, is a white wine from the Alentejo region made from the Antão Vaz, Verdelho, and Viognier grape varieties. It results from a careful manual harvest, with selection of the grapes and cooling before gentle pressing. Part of the must ferments in new French oak barrels and another part in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, a combination that contributes to a balanced profile of freshness, fruit, and complexity.

In the glass, it presents a clear, golden-lemon color. The aroma reveals good intensity, with notes of peach and fresh pineapple, enveloped by delicate hints of vanilla and white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, creamy, and harmonious, with subtle suggestions of toast and a light buttery touch, always supported by an expressive and fresh fruity component.

The finish is long and refreshing, leaving a sensation of juicy tropical fruit and lingering elegance. Due to its texture and balance, Rubrica - White Wine is a versatile choice at the table, especially interesting to accompany different dishes and tasting moments.
