José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc Magnum - White Wine

José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc Magnum - White Wine is a white wine from the Rueda region, produced by Bodegas José Pariente from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. It originates in a continental climate and poor soils, conditions that favor the precise expression of the variety and give rise to a clean, aromatic and balanced wine, with persistence and a marked mineral profile. After the selection of the grapes and cold maceration, the wine ferments and ages on its lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, gaining greater texture and complexity.

On the palate, it presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma reveals great intensity, highlighting minerality with hints of stone, and herbaceous notes, accompanied by citrus hints of grapefruit that reinforce the sensation of freshness. On the palate, it is unctuous and full-bodied, combining elegance and complexity with a vibrant, tense, and very expressive profile.

It should be served at 8ºC to best appreciate its freshness and aromatic definition. It is an excellent choice to accompany all types of shellfish, such as mussels, cockles, oysters and shrimp, as well as fish, fresh cheeses and sausages.
