Impromptu Sauvignon Blanc - White Wine

Impromptu Sauvignon Blanc - White Wine is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc produced by Hispano Suizas in the Utiel-Requena region, in the municipality of Requena. Made from a selection of the best grapes from low-yielding vineyards, it reveals an elegant and careful interpretation of this grape variety. Fermentation in American oak barrels and aging on the lees until bottling contribute to its more complex, captivating, and gastronomic profile.

It has a yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it stands out for its mineral intensity, with notes that evoke fresh tropical fruit and jam. On the palate, it shows good fruit weight, an unctuous and dense texture, balanced by excellent acidity, finishing with a very long finish. It is a white wine of great elegance and remarkable aging potential, having been distinguished on several occasions by the Guía Peñín as the Best Sauvignon Blanc in Spain.

It should be served at 12ºC and pairs especially well with seafood, fish, aged cheeses, vegetables, and white meats.
