Impromptu Pinot Noir - Rosé Wine

Impromptu Pinot Noir - Rosé Wine, from Hispano Suizas, is a rosé from Valencia inspired by the Provençal style: very pale in color, but with presence, volume and density on the palate. Produced from the Pinot Noir grape variety, it is distinguished by an elegant pale rose gold hue and a modern, precise and gastronomic profile. Barrel fermentation and aging on lees give it greater complexity and contribute to its aging potential, resulting in a contemporary rosé with a signature for aging.

On the nose, it reveals high intensity, with notes evoking tropical red fruit, accompanied by a slight hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is intense, with good volume and a very well-defined acidity, which gives it balance and freshness. The finish leaves a memory of red fruit, complemented by a subtle lactic touch in the aftertaste. Serve between 8 and 10 ºC. It pairs very well with pasta, vegetable and chicken rice dishes, mild cheeses, tortillas and fruit salad. It was distinguished as the Best Rosé of Spain 2024 by Guía SEVI.
