Description | Finca Resalso - Red Wine
Finca Resalso - Red Wine is the youngest wine from Emilio Moro, produced in the Ribera del Duero region from the Tempranillo grape variety. Its name pays homage to the vineyard planted in 1932, the year of Emilio Moro's birth. Made with grapes from vines between 6 and 13 years old, it reveals a young, fresh and expressive profile, with the varietal identity of Tempranillo in full evidence.
It presents a very intense deep red color with a violet rim. The aroma is notable for its intensity and freshness, with fruity notes and a subtle aroma of wood, the result of a short four-month aging process in French and American oak barrels. On the palate, it is silky and full-bodied, with subtle floral notes and milky nuances. The very ripe tannins give it a smooth, creamy, and balanced profile, finishing pleasantly with a long persistence.
It's a versatile and flavorful red wine, ideal for serving between 12 and 14 ºC. It pairs well with tapas and appetizers, sausages, and well-seasoned white meats. A wine of great finesse, combining youthfulness, fruity character, and elegance in an accessible and very pleasant expression of Ribera del Duero.
