Description | Dom Pérignon Cuvée Rosé - Sparkling Wine
Dom Pérignon Cuvée Rosé - Sparkling Wine is an intense and sophisticated Champagne, produced in the Champagne region from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with the latter predominating. The result of a long maturation process, it presents a complex and deeply expressive identity, highlighting the tension between youth and maturity, in a bold and distinctive interpretation of the Dom Pérignon style.
On the nose, it reveals floral notes of rose, accompanied by orange oil and saffron. The bouquet then evolves into red fruit, with hints of raspberry and cherry, progressing to denser notes of fig and blackcurrant. Finally, more enveloping and spicy notes emerge, with hints of gingerbread and licorice, which reinforce the aromatic depth of the wine.
On the palate, the fruit is ripe, fleshy, and deep. The entry is smooth and round, followed by a more intense and persistent presence, with savory sensations that prolong the tasting and leave a vivid tactile mark in the memory. It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC. At the table, it pairs particularly well with vegetable or iodized products, such as sea urchin, weever fish, turnip greens, or artichokes, highlighting all its duality and aromatic richness.
