Château Latour 2015 1er Cru Pauillac - Red Wine is one of the great classic Bordeaux wines, produced by the prestigious Château Latour in Pauillac, in the heart of the Médoc. This Premier Cru Classé stands out for its depth, elegance, and silky texture, which have made the estate an absolute benchmark among the world's great wines. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, it presents a deep color with a light rim. The aroma is refined, mature and very expressive, with floral notes, black and red fruit, candied plums, slightly spicy nuances, licorice and cigar box. On the palate it is round, aromatic, smooth and spicy, evolving with great pleasure to a long, flavorful and fine-grained finish.

Aging for 20 to 24 months in new French oak barrels contributes to its structure and sophistication. Its renowned power allows it to age with great distinction for decades. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC. It pairs well with sausages, red and white meats, poultry, game, cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
