Château Lafite Rothschild 2020 1er Cru Pauillac - Red Wine is a great Bordeaux classic, originating from Pauillac, and belongs to the select group of prestigious 1er Cru Classé wines. Recognized for its elegant and refined profile in the Médoc, it results from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, selected from the best barrels before final aging in new French oak barrels for 15 months.

It has a deep black color. On the nose, it reveals an intense and well-defined palette, with notes of spicy black fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, enveloped by subtle hints of cocoa and tobacco, which reinforce its aromatic richness. On the palate, the attack is direct, dense and velvety, supported by fleshy and powerful tannins, forming a very complex, long and particularly flavorful structure.

This is a red wine with a strong presence at the table, recommended to be served at 16ºC. It pairs very well with meat dishes, such as stews, red meats, roast lamb and kid, poultry with sauce, entrecôte and duck breast, as well as semi-cured and cured cheeses.
