Cava Tantum Ergo Pinot Noir Rosé - Sparkling Wine

Cava Tantum Ergo Pinot Noir Rosé - Sparkling Wine, from Hispano Suizas, is a limited-production sparkling wine from the Utiel-Requena region, made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety. Produced with grapes from vineyards surrounding the winery, it stands out as a wine with a distinct and elegant profile, recognized for its excellent quality and a remarkable history of awards.

In the glass, it presents a pale pink color and a fine, persistent bubble. The aroma is intense and expressive, with notes of red fruits enveloped by hints of dried fruit and a light touch of toasted vanilla. On the palate, it is powerful, creamy, and ample, with an enveloping texture and hints of ripe cherry, vanilla, and spices. The whole combines fruity expression with delicate notes of bakery and butter, in a style faithful to the traditional method.

It should be served at 10ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany sushi, salmon tartare, acorn-fed ham, strawberries, or chicken and rabbit rice dishes. Among its recent accolades, it was distinguished as the Best Rosé Cava in Spain by the Guía SEVI 2024, Best Cava in Spain by AEPEV 2024, and Best Rosé Cava by the Guía Intervinos 2024.
