Binifadet - White Wine

Binifadet - White Wine is a white wine from Menorca, produced by Binifadet from Chardonnay, with grapes selected from the best plots of the property, located in the south of the island and characterized by calcareous soils. It is a single-varietal wine made with cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation and aging on lees for 5 months, without malolactic fermentation or barrel aging, an option that preserves the freshness and varietal expression.

In the glass, it presents a bright yellow color. The aroma is complex, fresh, mineral and above all fruity, with notes of stone fruit that stand out over a broad floral ensemble, accompanied by nuances of ripe white fruit and references to the Mediterranean forest. On the palate it reveals itself to be flavorful and long, with medium persistence and a very pleasant floral finish, resulting in a balanced, fresh and appealing profile.

It should be served between 6 and 8 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany seafood, fish and white meats.
