BEYRA Moscatel Galego - White Wine

BEYRA Moscatel Galego - White Wine is a white wine from the Beira Interior region, produced by Beyra from the Moscatel Galego grape variety. The identity of this wine lies in the connection between the grape variety and the territory, seeking to translate the expression of its origin into the glass. According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually, in an approach geared towards preserving the quality of the raw material from the vineyard.

In the winery, vinification includes gentle pressing of whole bunches, without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes. Fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 ºC. This process seeks to enhance the varietal expression of Moscatel Galego, as well as the influence of the soil and climate of the Beira Interior region. The result is a white wine with a profile true to the grape variety and the region, designed for those who appreciate wines with character and authenticity.
