Termes - White Wine

Termes - White Wine, from Numanthia, reveals a distinct approach to the white wines of the Toro region and establishes itself as an interesting reference for discovering the winemaking potential of this origin. Produced mainly from the Malvasia grape variety, it has a limited production and a profile that combines freshness, elegance, and complexity. Its four-month aging in oak barrels, with periodic batonnage, contributes to an enveloping texture and greater aromatic depth.

In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow color with sharp reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, intense aromas of stone fruit, orange blossom, and pastry notes stand out, composing an expressive and harmonious whole. On the palate, the entry is broad and luscious, with an unctuous and fresh journey, where notes of apricot and grapefruit emerge. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent, confirming its vibrant and lively character.

It is recommended to serve it between 9 and 12 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany fish, shellfish, pasta with light sauces, and fresh cheeses.
