Altas Quintas Reserva-do - Red Wine

Altas Quintas Reserva-do - Red Wine is an Alentejo wine made from the Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties, a combination that results in a deep, structured and elegant profile. The winemaking process included pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in French oak vats. After fermentation, the wine underwent post-fermentation maceration for 3 months, a process designed to enhance the concentration, texture and complexity of the whole.

The wine was aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging after bottling. This cellar process contributes to a wine of great character, with a striking presence and good gastronomic potential. Altas Quintas Reserva-do - Red Wine proves versatile at the table, especially accompanying delicate yet complex dishes, where its structure and sophistication can be fully appreciated.
