Altas Quintas Obsessão - Red Wine

Altas Quintas Obsessão - Red Wine is a wine from the Alentejo region that expresses the identity of two grape varieties with great personality: Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira. Produced by Altas Quintas, it presents a profile marked by depth, structure and complexity, reflecting careful winemaking work aimed at maximizing the expression of the raw material.

In the winery, this wine was made with pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in French oak vats. Then, a prolonged post-fermentation maceration of 3 months was carried out, a step that contributes to the concentration and density of the whole. Aging took place for 20 months in new French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging, giving the wine greater sophistication and complexity.

The result is an intense and captivating red wine, ideal for special occasions and to accompany dishes with strong flavors and some gastronomic complexity. A distinctive choice for those who appreciate Alentejo wines with a structured profile and assertive character.
