Description | Albariño La Val Condado de Tea - White Wine
Albariño La Val Condado de Tea - White Wine is a white wine from the Rías Baixas region, produced by Bodega La Val from the Albariño, Loureiro and Trajadura grape varieties. Made with selected grapes from the Porto estate, this wine expresses the character of the alluvial and pebble soils, enhanced by spontaneous fermentation with yeasts from the vineyard itself, in an approach that prioritizes authenticity, freshness and Atlantic identity.
It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma is clean and luminous, with good intensity and a very fruity profile, where notes of apricot, apple, and pineapple stand out, accompanied by hints of bay leaf, fennel, and grapefruit, on a floral and saline background. On the palate, it shows medium structure, great balance and freshness, with a fruity presence throughout the tasting, citrus and Atlantic herb nuances, finishing long, saline, and slightly bitter.
It should be served at around 10ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany salads, mild cheeses, fresh seafood, white fish, and also Asian dishes such as sushi or sashimi. A wine designed for those seeking elegance, complexity, and a fresh expression of the Rías Baixas style.
