Albariño La Val Magnum - White Wine

Albariño La Val Magnum - White Wine is a white wine from Bodega La Val, produced in the Rías Baixas region from the Albariño grape variety. It results from a blend of grapes from three types of soil — Taboexa, Arantei and Porto — an origin that contributes to its profile marked by acidity, fruity expression and minerality. Hand-harvesting and fermentation in stainless steel help preserve the fresh and balanced character of this wine.

It presents an intense straw-yellow color with bright greenish reflections, immediately revealing a clean and appealing appearance. The aroma features intense Atlantic notes of fresh herbs and bay leaf, accompanied by subtle floral and citrus hints, as well as pleasant suggestions of white fruit and stewed fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and flavorful, filling the palate with citrus notes and leading to a long, saline and mineral finish, with a slight bitter touch that reinforces its personality.

It should be served at 12ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany shellfish and fish, but it also reveals great versatility at the table, harmonizing very well with fresh cheeses, foie gras, poultry, rice dishes and pasta.
