Viña Pedrosa Reserva Magnum - Red Wine

Viña Pedrosa Reserva Magnum - Red Wine is a powerful red wine from Ribera del Duero, produced by Viña Pedrosa from 100% Tempranillo grapes. Born in the vineyards of the Pérez Pascuas family in Pedrosa de Duero, it establishes itself as a powerful, noble and elegant wine, designed to evolve for a long time and for moments at the table that call for concentration, structure and depth.

In the glass, it reveals a very intense ruby-red color with brick-red nuances. The aroma is powerful and complex, with notes of ripe black fruit, mineral and spicy hints, as well as a subtle mycological background with suggestions of truffle. On the palate, it is ample, luscious and elegant, with excellent structure, a fleshy profile and a concentration of noble and enveloping tannins, which give it great persistence and distinction.

Its identity also results from 24 months of aging in American and French oak barrels, which contributes to the complexity and balance of the whole. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC to best appreciate its expression. It is a particularly happy choice to accompany oven-roasted veal, pork loin or stews with spices.
