Viña Ardanza Reserva - Red Wine

Viña Ardanza Reserva - Red Wine is one of the great names of Rioja and a true international emblem of Rioja Alta. Made from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, it expresses a classic style, based on balance, elegance and silkiness. Its differentiated aging by grape variety — 36 months for Tempranillo and 30 months for Garnacha — contributes to the depth and harmony of the whole.

In the glass, it presents a bright garnet color with a cherry-red rim and good intensity. The aroma stands out for its aromatic intensity and fruity profile of redcurrant, plum, and red cherry, enveloped by balsamic and spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, vanilla, clove, and nutmeg. On the palate, it reveals freshness and balance, with sweet and elegant tannins that lead to a pleasant finish. The aftertaste is broad, lively, and fresh, with persistent balsamic and spicy notes.

It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC. It pairs very well with roast lamb, red meats, barbecues, larger game, seasoned fish stews, and smoked or cured cheeses.
