Vallegarcia Viognier - White Wine

Vallegarcia Viognier - White Wine is a unique white wine from Vallegarcía, produced in the Pago de Vallegarcía region from 100% Viognier grapes. Considered a pioneering wine in Spain in the production of this grape variety, it reveals a complex, elegant and structured profile, marked by the identity of each vintage and by a winemaking and barrel aging process tailored to each harvest.

It has a bright golden-yellow color with some greenish reflections. On the nose, it is intense and aromatic, with notes of stone fruit, fresh herbaceous hints, and slight toasty notes. The producer's description also highlights subtle aromas of white fruit and summer flowers, reminiscent of the landscape of the Toledo mountains.

On the palate it is fresh and unctuous, with good structure and an enveloping finish. The finish is elegant, with well-integrated oak notes, reinforcing its depth and distinction. It is a white wine of great personality, sometimes described as a white wine with the soul of a red, due to its texture and presence on the palate.

It is recommended to serve it between 9 and 12 ºC. It pairs particularly well with aged cheeses, vegetable dishes, cod, and also Japanese cuisine.
