Titan of Douro Vale dos Mil - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, produced by TITAN of Douro, which expresses a careful and ambitious interpretation of the Douro terroir. Made from a blend of white grape varieties, the grapes are harvested manually at the ideal point of ripeness, then undergo rigorous selection, destemming and gentle crushing. This is followed by a 48-hour skin maceration in stainless steel vats, a step that contributes to enhancing the aromatic depth and structure of the wine.

The must is transferred to French oak barrels, where it ferments with wild yeasts and ages for 16 months, with stirring of the fine lees. This process gives it complexity, texture, and elegance. In the glass, it presents a straw color with golden reflections. The aromatic profile reveals notes of lime, juniper, bay leaf, toasted bread, and a subtle hint of flint.
