Tanca 13 - Rosé Wine

Tanca 13 - Rosé Wine, from Binifadet, is a Menorca rosé made exclusively from the Merlot grape variety, sourced from plot number 13, chosen for its aptitude in producing a subtle and elegant wine. It is part of the Tanca range, created from selections of grapes from the best plots of the estate, each with its own identity and unique characteristics.

It has a pale pink color and a light, fragrant aromatic profile, combining notes of dried flowers and red forest fruits with delicate spicy hints, reminiscent of vanilla and cream. On the palate, it is long and persistent, dominated by fruity and creamy sensations, maintaining a balance between elegance, structure, and subtlety.

In winemaking, fermentation takes place in French oak barrels and the wine is aged on its lees for 5 months in the same barrel. It is cold-stabilized to prevent sediment, does not undergo malolactic fermentation, and completes 5 months of aging in the bottle. The result is an elegant and subtle rosé, yet with body and structure, designed for more adventurous palates.
