Description | Ruinart Rosé Magnum - Sparkling Wine
Ruinart Rosé Magnum - Sparkling Wine is a highly elegant rosé Champagne, produced by Ruinart in the Champagne region, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Considered the first rosé champagne in history, created in the 18th century, it stands out for its balance between the aromatic freshness of Chardonnay and the fruity and structured expression of Pinot Noir, in a composition that reveals the emblematic style of the house.
In the glass, it presents a luminous and sophisticated coral pink color with orange reflections. The aromatic profile is expressive and seductive, with notes of exotic fruits such as guava and lychee, combined with small red fruits, including raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it shows a silky and fleshy texture, with intense flavors of red fruits and hints of sweet spices, resulting in a harmonious, fresh, and captivating whole.
Served between 6 and 8 ºC, it reveals all its finesse and versatility at the table. It pairs particularly well with Iberian ham, prosciutto, salmon tataki, and lamb cooked at low temperature. In magnum format, it gains presence and the ability to evolve, making it an excellent choice for celebratory moments or for sharing on special occasions.
