Quinta do Monte d'Oiro - Rosé Wine

Quinta do Monte d'Oiro - Rosé Wine is a rosé from the Lisbon region, made exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. Produced by Quinta do Monte d'Oiro, it originates from specifically selected grapes grown for rosé production, with manual harvesting, direct pressing, and careful fermentation. Five months of aging in stainless steel tanks preserves the purity of the fruit and the natural freshness of the wine.

It has a slightly pinkish color and a discreet, yet precise and elegant aromatic profile, with hints of forest fruits. On the palate, it reveals itself to be more expressive: it is a dry, full-bodied wine with very good acidity and freshness, supported by a light tannin that gives it structure and versatility at the table. The whole is balanced and very gastronomic, designed to easily accompany meals.

Due to its freshness and dry profile, it is an excellent choice for summer dishes, salads, appetizers, fish and seafood. A rosé with a restrained aroma, but convincing on the palate, reflecting a style focused on elegance, texture and gastronomic aptitude.
