Montanha Superior Brut - Sparkling Wine

Montanha Superior Brut - Sparkling Wine is produced by Caves da Montanha, in the Bairrada region, an area with a long tradition in sparkling wine production in Portugal. Made from the Malvasia Fina, Baga, Bical and Fernão Pires grape varieties, it reveals a balanced profile between freshness, elegance and aromatic expression.

In winemaking, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, following the classic method, with a second fermentation in the bottle. Aging continues for at least 9 months before disgorgement, contributing to the complexity and quality of the bubbles.

In the glass, it presents a bright citrine color and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma reveals intensity and notes of jam. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and persistent, with a pleasant finish that reinforces its gastronomic vocation and versatile character. It is an excellent choice for celebratory moments or to accompany meals with the lightness and sophistication typical of a Bairrada sparkling wine.
