Maçanita Quanto+Arinto+Gosto de Ti - White Wine

Maçanita Quanto+Arinto+Gosto de Ti - White Wine is a white wine from the Porto and Douro region, made exclusively from the Arinto grape variety. This variety, one of the most renowned in Portugal, stands out for its purity, tension, and natural acidity, characteristics that find a very unique expression here.

According to available information, the grapes are harvested manually and transported in 18 kg boxes. The whole bunch is pressed directly, followed by cold settling and barrel fermentation with bâtonnage. The wine then ages for 18 months on fine lees in new French oak barrels, finishing with 7 months of bottle aging before release.

In the glass, it presents a citrus yellow color and a fresh, mineral aromatic profile with creamy notes. On the palate, it reveals a dense and rich attack, supported by good acidity, which gives it balance and persistence. It is an interesting option to accompany grilled or roasted dishes, taking advantage of its structure and freshness.
