Description | Les Clans - Rosé Wine
Les Clans - Rosé Wine, from Château d'Esclans, is a rosé from Provence that stands out for its intensity, sophistication, and complexity. Produced from Garnacha, Vermentino, and Syrah, it originates from old vines situated in plots of exceptional quality, expressing an ambitious and distinctive interpretation of Provençal rosé.
In the glass, it presents a delicate pale pink color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of spiced apple and lemon peel, enveloped by a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and refined, with an enveloping texture and a complex finish, rich in sensations, that prolongs the tasting experience with great precision.
Completely fermented and aged for 10 months in large French oak barrels, Les Clans - Rosé Wine establishes itself as a wine with a gastronomic profile and great class. It should be served between 8 and 10°C, making it an excellent choice as an aperitif or to accompany fish, seafood, oysters and white meats.
