La Provincia - Red Wine

La Provincia - Red Wine is a red wine from Bodegas José Pariente, produced in the Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla region from the Tempranillo and Garnacha grape varieties. In this blend, the winery brings together the viticultural diversity of the Valladolid province, selecting old vines from Mucientes and Pedrosa del Rey to create a wine that prioritizes the delicacy and freshness of the fruit.

It presents an intense cherry color with a violet rim. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red and black fruit, accompanied by notes of hill and undergrowth, which give it character and depth. On the palate, it is luscious, with good body, a fresh character, good acidity, and a long finish. It is a seductive and very pleasant red wine to drink, with a balanced profile between fruity expression and elegance.

Aged for 11 months in French oak, a detail that contributes to its structure and complexity without detracting from the fruit's prominence. It should be served between 15ºC and 17ºC. It pairs particularly well with rice dishes, game, sausages, and red meats.
