La Felisa Ecologico - Red Wine

La Felisa Ecologico - Red Wine is Emilio Moro's first organic wine, produced in Ribera del Duero from the Tempranillo grape variety. Made without added sulfites, it comes from vines aged between 15 and 25 years, establishing itself as a tribute to the tradition and family heritage of the house. The name honors Doña Felisa, mother of the third generation of Emilio Moro.

In the glass, it presents an intense cherry-red color with violet reflections. The aroma reveals the typical Tempranillo profile, with notes of fruit such as currants and blackberries, both ripe and fresh. On the palate, it is very intense and persistent, with a pleasant taste and perfectly balanced acidity.

The winemaking process includes temperature-controlled fermentation, maceration for 15 days with the skins, and subsequent aging in French oak barrels. The result is an expressive red wine true to its original character. It is recommended to serve it between 15 and 17 ºC. It pairs well with sausages, roasts, steak tartare, and braised pork.
