Joseph Perrier Millesime Brut - Sparkling Wine is a Champagne from the Champagne region, made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It results from a 2015 harvest described as exceptional, marked by high temperatures and significant drought, punctuated by some episodes of intense rain. From this climatic combination and the balance between the two grape varieties emerges a sparkling wine with an elegant and harmonious profile.

In the glass, it presents a golden and elegant appearance. The Chardonnay expresses itself with subtlety and finesse, revealing discreet and elegant floral aromas, accompanied by notes of tangerine, orange, and dried fruit. On the palate, it shows good complexity and a straightforward start, evolving with fruity and appealing aromas, slightly toasted notes, and a finish of good persistence.

It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 ºC. At the table, it can be paired harmoniously with dishes such as pigeon fillet with seasonal vegetable emulsion and toasted hazelnuts. Joseph Perrier received the honor of the title "Cuvée Royale" from Queen Victoria and King Edward of England, a distinction that reinforces the historical prestige of the house.
