Imprevisto Unexpected - Red Wine

Imprevisto Unexpected - Red Wine, from Convento do Paraíso, is a young, vibrant, and very appealing Algarve wine. Produced in the Algarve region, it results from grapes harvested manually at dawn, an option that helps preserve the freshness and aromatic expression of the fruit. After selection and sorting, the grapes undergo gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, in a process aimed at enhancing the purity of the fruit and the overall balance.

In the glass, it reveals a character full of fruit, vigor and freshness, with a taste marked by an opulent and well-defined fruity component. Delicate floral notes also emerge, enveloped by subtle hints of cocoa, evolving into a slightly spicy background and a touch of austerity that adds interest and structure.
