On the palate, it reveals freshness, good tension, and a very balanced character, with well-integrated oak that adds creaminess without overpowering the wine's character. Part of the Arinto blend ferments in 500-liter French oak barrels for 6 months, while the remaining component ages in cement and stainless steel tanks on fine lees. This cellar work helps preserve the natural acidity, enhance complexity, and prolong the sensation of elegance on the palate.
