Gran Reserva 890 Magnum - Red Wine is one of the most emblematic wines of Rioja Alta and the most exclusive expression of Rioja Alta. Produced only in exceptional vintages, it represents the essence of the great Rioja classics. This 2005 vintage, considered excellent by the winery, bears the mention "Selección Especial," a rare distinction in the history of this wine, resulting from a meticulous selection of the best Tempranillo, Mazuelo, and Graciano grapes and a very slow aging process.

It presents a ruby-red color with a subtle brick-red rim. The aroma reveals great intensity and complexity, with dominant notes of cured leather, plum jam, raisins, tobacco, sweet spices, vanilla, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is elegant, mature, and profound, standing out for its structure, balanced acidity, and silky tannins, in a combination marked by the classic Rioja bouquet.

It should be served at 17ºC and pairs particularly well with main courses with light sauces, aromatic meat stews, and chocolate desserts.
