Finca Resalso Magnum - Red Wine

Finca Resalso Magnum - Red Wine, by Emilio Moro, is a young red wine from Ribera del Duero made exclusively from the Tempranillo grape variety. The name of this wine pays homage to the vineyard planted in the year of Emilio Moro's birth, in 1932, reflecting the house's connection to its history and the identity of the region. Produced with grapes from vines between 6 and 13 years old, it reveals a modern, youthful and expressive profile, designed to showcase the freshness and varietal character of Tempranillo.

In the glass, it presents a very intense cherry-red color with a violet rim. The aroma is intense, expressive, and fresh, with the youthfulness of the grape variety clearly marked. On the palate, it is silky, with good volume and a subtly floral profile, accompanied by milky nuances. The very ripe tannins give it a smooth and creamy finish, ending very pleasantly and persistently. Despite the short four-month aging in French and American oak barrels, it surprises with its finesse, fruity notes, and delicate woody aroma.

It is recommended to serve it between 12 and 14 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany tapas and appetizers, sausages and well-seasoned white meats.
