Fillaboa Magnum - White Wine

Fillaboa Magnum - White Wine is a 100% Albariño white wine from Fillaboa, produced in the Rías Baixas region from grapes grown on the historic Finca Fillaboa estate. The 74-hectare vineyard is located next to the Tea and Minho rivers, on the natural border with Portugal, benefiting from rich soils and an Atlantic climate particularly favorable to the cultivation of this grape variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine ages on fine lees for at least 6 months, giving it greater complexity, texture, and aromatic expression.

In the glass, it presents a clean and bright straw-yellow color. The aromatic profile is intense and expressive, with notes of ripe fruit such as pineapple, apple, mango, and citrus, accompanied by subtle, pleasant fermentative hints. On the palate, it reveals itself as smooth, unctuous, and structured, with a very well-integrated acidity that reinforces its balance, freshness, and persistence. It is a white wine with personality, fruity and mineral character, and interesting aging potential. It should be served between 8 and 10 ºC. It pairs perfectly with white and oily fish, shellfish, sushi, smoked meats, and foie gras.
