Estremus - Red Wine

Estremus - Red Wine is an intense and elegant wine from João Portugal Ramos, produced with Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira grapes in the Porto and Douro regions. The winemaking process combines tradition and precision: fermentation begins in shallow, open marble lagares for four days, followed by transfer to stainless steel tanks. This method contributes to a wine of great character, depth, and balance.

On the nose, it reveals deep notes of ripe black fruits, such as cassis and blackberries, enveloped by tertiary notes resulting from barrel aging, which add complexity to the whole. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with acidity, volume and structure very well integrated.
