Esporão Colheita - White Wine is a white wine from the Alentejo region produced by Herdade do Esporão, made from the Antão Vaz and Viosinho grape varieties. Part of the vinification takes place in concrete tanks, an option that favors subtle micro-oxygenation and contributes to the expression of the wine's profile. Four months of aging on fine lees adds texture and depth, reinforcing the enveloping and gastronomic character of this white wine.
