Enrique Mendoza Santa Rosa Reserva Magnum - Red Wine is one of the most emblematic wines of Bodegas Enrique Mendoza, created as a tribute to the mother of the winery's founder. Produced in the Alicante region, it is born from sustainable viticulture and a blend that combines the classic profile of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes with the Mediterranean personality of Monastrell. The result is a reserve of great expression, designed to reveal depth, balance and character.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby-red color with tile reflections and high concentration. The aroma stands out for its mineral profile, enveloped by hints of red fruits, forest fruits, and low vegetation. The complexity grows with hints of spices, chocolate, coffee, and toasted caramel, creating an elegant and very attractive whole.

On the palate, it shows great balance, combining power and elegance with a firm tannic structure. The finish is broad and harmonious, with a return of smoky and toasted notes that prolong the tasting experience. After 12 days of fermentation and maceration, it ages for 16 months in new French Allier oak barrels, gaining depth and sophistication. It is recommended to serve it at 16ºC. It pairs very well with sausages, grilled red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
